Step 1:

Declare and register temporary residence online for foreigners at the electronic information page (provincial level). Each province and city will have an electronic information page used to declare temporary residence online for foreigners, for example:

• Temporary residence declaration page for foreigners in Ho Chi Minh City;
• Temporary residence declaration page for foreigners in Da Nang.

For other provinces and cities, you just need to access the link https://tinhthanh.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn, in which, replace “tinhthanh” with the name of the province/city where you need to perform the procedure.

Step 2: 

• Declare and fill in all information of “accommodation facility” and “account registrant”;
• After completing the information entry, select “complete registration”.

Step 3: Log in with the account you just registered (The system will automatically redirect you to the login page).
